NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 22, 2015 entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010689-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Anne P. Limage; Jean Ponthieux; Unknown Spouse of Anne P. Limage; Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., Assignee from Washington Mutual Successor in Interest to Washington Mutual Bank Incorporated; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, and Against a Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 27th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK P, WESTSIDE MANOR, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
