NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule to Foreclosure Sale dated September 8, 2015 entered in Case No. 2014-CA-008493-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO BARRIENTES AND CHRISTY BARRIENTES, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 21, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
lot 86, village green phase ii, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 8, at page 40, of the public records of orange county, florida.
