NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000226-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff, and JAMES THOMAS BEASLEY A/K/A JAMES T. BEASLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 234, LIME TREE VILLAGE, REPLAT OF ORANGEWOOD, PLAT OF SHADOW-WOOD UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 72-74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
