NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-040400 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR1 is the Plaintiff and OLIVER G. GHOBRIAL AKA OLIVER GHOBRIAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLIVER G. GHOBRIAL AKA OLIVER GHOBRIAL NKA JODINE GHOBRIAL; PARK NORTH AT CHENEY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/2/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 220 PARK NORTH CHENEY PLACE ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 7712 PAGE 2212 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBER 136 AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
