NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 25, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-002977-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and LEONARDO VIVANCOS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 12, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 205, BUILDING 12, THE BORDEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8284, PAGE 3053, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
