NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 2, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-008928-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF BARBARA S BREWER, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 3, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
