NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2015 entered in Case No. 13 01665 CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the plaintiff, and carman veneziale, et al., are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on October 26, 2015 in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property situated in Collier County, the property address of which is 975 Palm View Drive, Unit 202, Naples, Florida 34110, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 202, OF WEDGMONT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 594, PAGE 1487 THROUGH 1540, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
