NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-000699 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and GEORGIA A. HART; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND, TRUSTEES, OF ANTHONY V. POVILAITIS, JR., DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); VICTOR POVILAITIS; TONY ACIA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A SOUTHTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A KAREN DANCE ; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 2 N/K/A JAMES R. ALLAIRE are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 21, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 3656, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 64, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 78A THROUGH 78F, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
