UNIT 219, HAMPSHIRE HOUSE OF PORT CHARLOTTE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 349, PAGE 469, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 13A THRU 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
