AMICK A/K/A RACHEL AMICK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 15th day of January 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE W 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO A 25.00 FOOT WIDE ROAD EASEMENT OVER THE NORTHERLY 25.00 FEET OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS REFLECTED IN OR BOOK 297, PAGE 106; AND A 25.00 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT OF THE SOUTHERLY 25.00 FEET OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS REFLECTED IN OR BOOK 308, PAGE 229, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 24486 Tangerine Avenue, Port Charlotte, Florida 33980-2750.
