NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 9/21/15 and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-002575 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBS REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN A. ACKEN A/K/A STEPHEN ACKEN; LEIGH ANN ACKEN A/K/A LEIGH ACKEN; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA; CHARLOTTE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A LUCILLE ACKEN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
