Lot 10, Pines at Sandalhaven, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 6A through 6H, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, 2004 Skyline Corp, HUD Label # FLA 752815 and FLA 752816, serial #05610508SBA.
Commonly known as 9086 Pinehaven Way, Englewood, FL 34224
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
