NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, Case No: 2015-CA-000453, in which MRH SUB I, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Robert Bottomly, Lindsey Johns, Household Finance Corp., Mallick Volik and Angela Huyskens are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO: A STRIP OF LAND OVER THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND TEN (10) FOOT EASEMENT ALONG THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES RESERVED TO GARY WONZER, TRUSTEE, FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSMISSION FACILITIES AND DRAINAGE.
