Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit No. C-1 of Birchwood I & II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 843, Pages 135, et seq., and all exhibits and amendment thereof, and recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 13A through 13C, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 24540 Harborview Road. Unit C1, Port Charlotte, FL
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 15-0422 CC, Birchwood I & II Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Walter Andruschkevich and Grace Gniazdowska, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
