NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2015-CA-2658 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that Angelina M. Colonneso, Manatee County, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

Begin 20 feet East and 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence East 307.65 feet; thence South 206.43 feet; thence West 305.11 feet; thence North 197.28 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS the North 100 feet thereof.

Lot 3, ENGLISH SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 288, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
