NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CA 4818, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein INTEGRITY WEALTH BUILDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and PENNY NANETTE PEARSON; JESSICA PEARSON; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STEPHANIE WASHINGTON; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JD WASHINGTON are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 3, 2015, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2507 3rd STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34208 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
