NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-003032 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michael L. Hawkins, Denise Marie Hawkins, Mill Creek Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23rd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 350, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 19 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
