NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-001716 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and Rachid Elmansouri are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, LESS THE WEST 55 FEET, ALL OF LOT 13, AND LOT 14, LESS THE EAST 20 FEET, BLOCK 3, WHITFIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 127A AND 128A, PUBLIC RECORDS MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
