U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and DEBRA CLAYTON; JERRY MINOR, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BUILDING A: SE CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 8TH AVENUE EAST AND 20TH STREET EAST, IN THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 12 SECONDS WEST ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SAID 8TH AVENUE EAST EXTENDING FROM EAST 45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREE 09 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST 5 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF 8TH AVENUE EAST AND THE WEST LINE OF 20TH STREET EAST AS SAID STREETS WERE WIDENED BY DEED IN DEED BOOK 324, PAGE 585; CONTINUE SOUTH 01 DEGREE 09 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF 20TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 62.5 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREE 09 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF 20TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 75.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 12 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 142.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREE 09 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 75.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST, 142.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AS DESCRIBED IN BOOK 739, PAGE 996, MANATEE COUNTY RECORDS, AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 1415, PAGE 6959, DATED 09/17/1993, RECORDED 09/17/1993, MANATEE COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
