NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015CA001538 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Jean A. Pastorello a/k/a Jean Pastorello a/k/a Jean Ann Pastorello f/k/a Jean A. Yakich a/k/a Jean Ann Yakich; Unknown Spouse of Jean A. Pastorello a/k/a Jean Pastorello a/k/a Jean Ann Pastorello f/k/a Jean A. Yakich a/k/a Jean Ann Yakich are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, PEACOCK SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT PART OF LOT 5, DEEDED TO MANATEE COUNTY AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1029, PAGE 2958, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
