NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA006081AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST is Plaintiff and GARY A SEELEY; JACQUELYN S. BENSLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY A SEELEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELYN S. BENSLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDING CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF.
