BENSLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY A SEELEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELYN S. BENSLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDING CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF.
