NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 9/10/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA000635, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-5 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is Plaintiff, and RODNEY G. STICKLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODNEY G. STICKLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of October, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “C” SANDPOINTE SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
