Notice is given that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale Date entered in Case No.: 2012-CA-6222, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER H. BALL; et al., are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 30, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 86, River Place, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, page 173, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
