NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-3087 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein MARY FREEMAN and RICHARD FREEMAN are Plaintiffs and CHARLES BOYLE is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
