notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112015CA0001 760001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-83CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-83CB. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA ADAM MORRISON, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA BUDDY MORRISON, BRITTANY ANNE MORRISON, and KLENT W. RICHARDSON the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on 3rd floor of Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on 26 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 105 feet of the East 180 feet of Tract 110, Unit 63, Golden Gate Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 63, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
