Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property located in COLLIER County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, QUAIL CREEK BLOCK Z, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPTING THAT PORTION OF LOT 3 CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1985, PAGE 695, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE NORTH 11 DEGREES WEST 2.00 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTH 56 DEGREES EAST 2.8 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 3, SAID POINT BEING NORTH 79 DEGREES EAST 2.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTH 79 DEGREES WEST 2.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at THIRD FLOOR, LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 E. TAMIAMI TRAIL, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112,, beginning at 11:00 AM on October 26, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
