NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002627-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2005-4A is the Plaintiff and Scott Lohr; Unknown Spouse of Scott Lohr; Wesley Lohr; Unknown Spouse of Wesley Lohr; Wesley Lohr, Trustee of the Lohr Construction Realty Trust dated May 25, 1999; Scott Lohr, Trustee of the Lohr Construction Realty Trust dated May 25, 1999; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Lohr Construction Realty Trust dated May 25, 1999; Enclave at Naples Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on October 29, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6-204, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
