NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000193-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORKAS TRUSTEE FOR THE BELLA VISTA MORTGAGE TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE FAVA GIBLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE FAVA GIBLIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on October 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 52, NAPLES PARK UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
