NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015 and entered in 2014-CA-001569 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL JACOME; RUNDOS EQUITY, LLC, Aleyda Jacome are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on October 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
