NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015 and entered in 2014-CA-001541 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-12, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and JOHNNY ARTEAGA, III; KELLIE ANNE ARTEAGA; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on October 29, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK G, SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 10, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
