NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2 day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1301943CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICE KAUS WARREN KAUS THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CORY KAUS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 29 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT 133, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 44, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
