Wilson, deceased, File Number 15-CP-1033, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901; that the decedent's date of death was November 16, 2014; that the total value of the estate is book entry shares in MetLife valued at approximately $3,340 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
