RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056674 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and HAROLD W. SOWERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 23, Unit 4, Lehigh Acres, Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 134, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
