NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050700 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A., is Plaintiff, and LEODAN GALLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 16, Unit 2, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 95, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
