NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 2, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 40 and 41, Block 4971, Unit 73, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 27 and 40, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
