NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-054128 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CECIL T. HANES, JR., JENNIFER A. HANES, THE FORUM AT FORT MYERS ASSOCIATION INC., PNC NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 and PROMENADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on 2 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, OF THE PROMENADE EAST AT THE FORUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE(S) 63, THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
