NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-052137 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-32CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-32CB, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. ARNONE, MARILYN R. ARNONE, SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 6 ASSOCIATION, INC., BONAFIDE PROPERTIES LLC AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE 14860 SUMMERLIN WOODS DR 9 LAND TRUST, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 2, 2015, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. 9 of Building No. 115 of SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded on August 24, 1987, in Official Records Book 1937, at Page 1987 and amended in Official Records Book 1965, Page 1381; Official Records Book 2138, Page 1616 and Official Records Book 2138, Page 1618, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements declared in the Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
