NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051932 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BLUE WATER INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LLC, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 522, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, Unit 13, according To the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 56 through 60, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
