NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCT 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-050471 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Everett E. Rose a/k/a Everett Edmund Rose, deceased , Brenda Sue Sheets a/k/a Brenda S. Sheets, as an Heir of the Estate of Everett E. Rose a/k/a Everett Edmund Rose, United States of America Acting through Administrator of the Small Business Administration, Wesley Adam Sheets, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Everett E. Rose a/k/a Everett Edmund Rose, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 2nd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
