NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054593, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-NH BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST VIRGINIA J. PRICE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA J.
