NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002272 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR F. ADOLF, et al., are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 210, Foxwood Condominium, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1655, Page 467, et seq., and amendment thereto recorded in Official Record Book 1771, Page 678, et seq., and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 22, Pages 7 through 7F, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS, COVEANTS, CONDITIONS, AGREEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
