SOUTH 88.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 974.6 FEET OF U.S. LOT 4 IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PARCEL FRONTING 100 FEET OF THE GULF OF MEXICO AND RUNNING FROM SAID GULF OF MEXICO TO LEMON BAY; LESS THAT PORTION LYING WEST OF THE EXISTING COUNTY ROAD BEING A PARCEL FRONTING 100 FEET ON THE GULF OF MEXICO AND EXTENDING TO THE COUNTY ROAD.
