Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 30th day of September, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-1231 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VERONA RESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DONNA CARDINAL, is the Defendant, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 65, VERONA RESERVE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page(s) 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota, County, Florida. A/K/A: 2321 Vitiano Court, Venice, Florida 34292
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
