NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will, on November 4, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Sarasota foreclosure website www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described real property:
LOTS 10349 AND 10350, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
THE CLERK MAKING THE SALE IS KAREN E. RUSHING, CLERK OF SARASOTA COUNTY. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
