NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008556-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ROBERT MANTELL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 29, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
