NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003995 NC of the Circuit Court of the TwelfthJudicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, Fsb, not in its Individual Capacity But Solely As Trustee For The Primestar-H Fund I Trust, is the Plaintiff and William E. Buck; Jennifer L. Buck; City Of Sarasota, Florida; And John Doe And Jane Doe, The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession, are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 am on the 5th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
