NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006428-WS -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEVE JONES; VICTORIA JONES A/K/A VICTORIA L. JONES ANDUNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of October, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida go thence North 89Ëš17'10'' West, along the North line of Section 1, a distance of 600.0 feet; thence South 00Ëš51'07'' West, a distance of 2125.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence South 00Ëš51'07'' West a distance of 100.0 feet; thence North 89Ëš17'10'' West, a distance of 200.0 feet, thence North 00Ëš51'07'' East a distance of 100.0 feet thence South 89Ëš17'10'' East, a distance of 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning less the East fifteen (15) feet thereof for utility easements.
