NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006428-WS -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEVE JONES; VICTORIA JONES A/K/A VICTORIA L. JONES ANDUNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of October, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
