NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003364WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and REYNALDO GARCIA A/K/A REYNALDO L. GARCIA; MARLENE GARCIA and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of November, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT THREE HUNDRED SEVEN (307), HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES UNIT SIX, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
