THE NORTHWEST 25.00 FEET BEING RESERVED AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED AS A 1993 PINE WITH VIN# 47620595FA AND 47620595FB, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE LAND.
