BROWN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAULA S. THE NORTHWEST 25.00 FEET BEING RESERVED AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED AS A 1993 PINE WITH VIN# 47620595FA AND 47620595FB, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE LAND.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
