NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 11th day of September, 2015, Paula S. O'Neill, Ph. D., Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 17, Block 6, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, Units 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 1 through 6 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 4903 Woodmere Road, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
